Refund policy

At JenScribblesNY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Digital products (if applicable).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at jenscribblesny@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
